Reservations for regularly scheduled standing meetings for 2014 will be open on September 16.

Regularly scheduled standing meetings in 2ACC Learning Center, Manzano, Sandia, Khatali, Jemez, Admin Large, Small, Pink or Pavilion 1500 conference rooms or 2ACC Elevator, 2ACC, 3ACC, 5ACC lobby areas, need to be rebooked each year as reservations are not automatically renewed year to year. Standing meetings from the current (2013) year will have first opportunity to reserve the same space for the New Year. Requests for rooms must be submitted via a GroupWise appointment and will be approved or denied based on criteria noted below.
