AIDET® Builds Trust and Loyalty WITH MISSION EXCELLENCE

AIDET - the acronym stands for Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, and Thank You - is an important greeting tool introduced at the launch of our MISSION: Excellence journey three years ago.
By using the AIDET tool, our clinical team members can build trusting relationships with patients and their family members. We can all do the same whenever encountering new internal or external customers.
More than 8,000 employees throughout the UNM Health System have already received AIDET training. If you or your team would like to do the same, email MISSION: Excellence
