Associate Dean Dr. Robert Gomez Invited to National Hispanic Leadership Summit

Roberto Gomez, M.D., associate dean within the School of Medicine's Office of Cultural and Ethnic Programs, attended the 3rd Annual Hispanic Leadership Summit in Washington D.C. on Thursday, June 20.

The purpose of the summit, which was sponsored by the U.S. Senate Democratic Hispanic Task Force, was is to provide Hispanic leaders from across the country an opportunity to network and share ideas with Congressional Democrats with the goal of gaining a better understanding of the issues facing the Hispanic community.
