The 2005 Breast Friends Calendar is a labor of love amongst some great women in New Mexico. The idea behind this calendar was to put together some of the most influential women in the New Mexico and put them in some interesting scenarios having fun, while raising money for the University of New Mexico Cancer Research & Treatment Center.

The cost per calendar is $10 and 100 percent of the funds raised will go directly to the UNM Cancer Research & Treatment Center breast cancer research programs.

The University of New Mexico Cancer Research & Treatment Center is New Mexico's premier Cancer Center supported by the State and the National Cancer Institute to conduct innovative research and deliver state-of-the-art patient care. The UNM CRTC works to reduce the incidence of cancer in New Mexico, decrease cancer mortality and contribute to the world's understanding of cancer. With a staff of over 300 including more than 150 physicians and research scientists, the UNM CRTC maintains a vigorous clinical research program, participates in clinical trials and compiles and tracks data on all cancer cases affecting the state's diverse population.
