ALBUQUERQUE - The United States Pharmacopeia (USP), an independent national organization that provides standards for prescription and nonprescription drugs, dietary supplements and health care products, recently appointed Ellen Cosgrove, M.D., FACP, to its 2005-2010 Nominating Committee for Officers & Trustees.

Cosgrove, Senior Associate Dean for Education for UNM's School of Medicine, is one of five members who will seek and nominate national candidates for the upcoming Board of Trustees at the USP Convention in 2005.
