Craig Timm, M.D., Appointed as Associate Dean for Undergraduate Medical Education

UNM School of Medicine Dean Paul Roth, M.D.,  has announced that Craig Timm, M.D. has accepted the position of Associate Dean for Undergraduate Medical Education at the School of Medicine.  Timm  has served as the interim Associate Dean since November 2003.

Timm attended medical school at Stanford University followed by Internal Medicine and cardiology training at Boston City Hospital and Boston University.  He joined the UNM faculty in 1991.  He has been active in medical education at all levels at the SOM, particularly medical student education

             "I look forward to having Dr. Timm lead our efforts in the area of undergraduate medical education at the SOM," said Roth
