Godwin Named Interim Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at UNM College of Pharmacy

           Donald A. Godwin, Ph.D., has been named interim assistant dean for student affairs at the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy.

           In his new position, Dr. Godwin will coordinate recruitment activities, develop admission policies and supervise the College's advising office. Godwin also represents the College administration to the professional student body and develops policies and procedures related to student progression and post-graduation opportunities.

           Dr. Godwin joined the UNM College of Pharmacy in October 1996 and is an associate professor of pharmaceutics. He received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from the University of Delaware in 1991 and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of South Carolina Columbia in 1996.
