Placement Services Annual Job Fair

At a time when health care provider shortages continue throughout New Mexico, the UNM Health Sciences Center (HSC) and the New Mexico Medical Society are sponsoring an annual Job Fair on November 30.

The Job Fair allows all medical residents and HSC students looking for employment in New Mexico after graduation a chance to visit with New Mexico employers and learn about their organizatios and the communities they serve. The fair’s overall goal is to place, recruit and retain many of the newly trained health professionals in New Mexico communities.

The Job Fair is open to physicians, family nurse practitioners, midwives, nurses, physician assistants, occupational therapists, physical therapists, dentists, dental hygienists, medical lab and radiology technicians, EMS, MPH students and all other diagnostic/therapeutic students.

It will take place between 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. Friday, November 30, on the 3rd floor of the Domenici Center for Education, located at 1001 Stanford NE.
