The UNM College of Pharmacy announced Amy Barton Pai, Pharm. D., has joined the faculty as assistant professor.

Pai earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Albany College of Pharmacy in New York and completed a pharmacy practice residency at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. Pai was selected as a Nephrology Fellow at the University of Illinois at Chicago and was the recipient of the Pfizer Experiential Award and the Dutchess United Educators Award for Academic Excellence. Pai is also a member of the Rho Chi Pharmaceutical Honor Society.

The UNM College of Pharmacy announced Manjunath (Amit) Pai, Pharm.D., has joined the faculty as an assistant professor.

Pai earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin and completed a pharmacy practice residency in the clinical pharmacology service at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown, N.Y. He was an Infectious Disease Fellow at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Pai's professional honors include the Fellowship Research Award and induction into the Rho Chi Pharmaceutical Honor Society.

The UNM College of Pharmacy announced Rocsanna Namdar, Pharm.D., has joined the faculty as a visiting professor. Namdar was previously an assistant professor of pharmacy practice at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

Namdar earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy and her bachelor of science in pharmacy from the UNM College of Pharmacy. She was an infectious disease fellow at the Los Angeles County/ USC Medical Center in Los Angeles and served a pharmacokinetics fellowship at the National Jewish Medical and Research Center in Denver.

Namdar is also a member of the Rho Chi Pharmaceutical Honor Society.

The UNM College of Pharmacy announced Alissa Segal, Pharm.D., has joined the faculty as assistant professor.

Segal earned her Doctor of Pharmacy at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and completed a pharmacy practice residency at Princeton Medical University, Princeton, N.J., and a primary care specialty residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

The UNM College of Pharmacy has announced Marcia Worley, Ph.D., has joined the faculty as an assistant professor.

Worley earned her doctorate in social and administrative pharmacy from the University of Minnesota, an M.S. in pharmaceutical administration from Ohio State University and a B.S. in pharmacy and behavioral neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh.

Worley has served as a pre-doctoral fellow for the American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education at the University of Minnesota and has been inducted into the Rho Chi Pharmaceutical Honor Society and the Phi Lambda Sigma Leadership Society.
