FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Albuquerque, N.M.-UNM Children's Hospital is rooting for the Isotopes® to hit in those runs, and not only because they are the hometown team. For every run scored by the Isotopes, Will Ferguson, owner of Will Ferguson & Associates, has pledged $25. This generous gift by Ferguson has been going on all season and will probably continue for the length of his pledge. Will Ferguson has pledged $20,000 a year to UNM Children's Hospital for the next five years.

When asked why he set up his gift this way, Ferguson said, "I'm just pairing up two of our city's great assets - a first class stadium with a great team and a state-of-the-art Children's hospital. It is all about improving Albuquerque; this is what economic development is all about and why businesses want to move to our city." Ferguson has always supported the health of the community. In the past, he was a sponsor of the Duke City Marathon. "Now," he said, "it's time to score one for the kids!"

Nationally recognized, UNM Hospitals is known for its excellence in teaching, state-of-the-art patient care, cutting edge research, and compassionate family-centered care. UNMH serves as a safety-net for the entire state - committed to caring for all New Mexicans with the best medical treatment available. Hazel Tull-Leach, Executive Director for UNM Children's Hospital's Development Office said, "The gifts from generous citizens like Will Ferguson make it possible to purchase medical equipment and cutting-edge technology which will be used to save many of New Mexico's Children."
